The rumors have been swirling ever since rock legends Led Zeppelin announced they will reform for a one off reunion concert in London this December. Now, the speculation that Zeppelin will mount a 2008 tour has begun to gain steam. Apparently, Ian Astbury, lead singer of The Cult, hinted that they will be opening for Zeppelin on their tour. So far, Led Zeppelin reps. have declined comment. The only sticking point seems to be Robert Plant and his willingness to tour. Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones and Jason Bonham (son of the late John Bonham) seem ready to rock & roll. Promoters and arenas are salivating at the prospect... the demand for the reunion show has been unprecedented.
