Music icon Cher will return to the stage with a residency at Las Vegas' Colosseum at Caesars Palace. The superstar has inked a deal to play approximately 200 shows at the 4,300 seat venue over a span of three years. The shows will feature dancers, aerialists, special effects, Bob Mackie costumes and music spanning Cher's four-decade career and is due to kick off May 6. The 90-minute performances will be presented four nights a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Cher will share the venue with Bette Midler, who opens her planned two-year run at the Colosseum on Feb. 20.
